I wanted this to be particularly striking as it's about inevitability The title refers to the art of cold calling (snake oil sales), and it's meaning doubles as 'the cold call' (a different take on the grim reaper).
Although the original render is done i Poser Pro, the eyes are re-painted in Photoshop as I'm trying to provoke a sense of the hypnotic. I also used Photoshop to play down the skin tones and add some signs of decay.
